In addition to the preface by Mr. Holmes is a section by Henry Ridgley Evans entitled "The History and Psychology of Natural Magic". The chapters include: *Some Accessories and Artifices of General Utility *Tricks Original and Otherwise and *Working Up an Act. Of course many vintage effects and early apparatus are worked with in this volume. Condition dealer ink stamp, light wear to top and bottom of backstrip and corners of cover, otherwise very fine. | |
