This card box of brass has had a mechanism plate come away from its solder mount and this exposes the method of operation by which this box locks and then may be examined by a spectator. This does not unlock in the usual way of most card boxes of the Roterberg design and the method will be disclosed to the winning bidder. Auctioned in as is condition. A rare item. | |
