Mike Caveney and Bill Miesel, cloth bound with Gilt stamping, 584 pages with illustrations and a color section of the beautiful lithographs. A massive book. Autographed "With best regards to my old friend Abb Dickson Mike Caveney 2004". This book is in very fine condition with exception to it being a defective copy. The defect is in a duplication of page sections and an absence of a 16 page section entirely. To outline the defect the pagination as follows: with page 496 the next page is 489 to 496 then the next page is 513 to 520 then the next page is 513 to the last page 584. Absent are pages 497 to 512 inclusive 16 pages in all. | |
