Pasteboard Presto is the very first book that Ed Marlo wrote for the market place and his name on the cover is spelled Eddie Marlow. This last page which was only about 3/4 of a page is autographed signed in pencil Compliments of Eddie Marlo. This first printing was in 1938 and consists of 19 numbered pages with 11 illustrations. This 1st edition is in dingy condition with folded corners breaks and breaks in edges along with a 2 1/2 inch tear in cover. The last two pages have come away from the staples. This copy in poor condition. The second book is the 2nd printing of 1944 by Ireland in Chicago which is a soft cover book of 10 pages with same text and illustrations. This copy in very fine condition. | |
