Hard bound with gilt stamping on spine. Numbers 146 pages with illustrations and many photographs of Mr. Booth and his exploits. Published by Supreme. This is inscribed "Fraternal Greetings to my Friend James Klein John Booth." Condition very fine.

3.	Once auction has ended winning bidder will receive an email invoice with amount due including shipping/handling/insurance and 6.75% tax if residing in the State of Ohio. International bidders will receive an email with shipping options/charges. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check. Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.
