Soft bound. Numbers 216 pages with index. A virtual treasury of images from the early days to the latter days with full color plates that some people have taken such a liking to that they have totally removed them and had them framed as wall hangings. Condition very good.

International bidders will receive an email with shipping options/charges. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check. Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.
