Deluxe Quarter bound with Slip Case. Numbers 216 pages with illustrations by George Johnstone. This is copy number 35 of an edition limited to 200 copies only and signed by Okito. Previous owners signature inside cover. Scuff on bottom of slip case. Book condition first rate. A desirable Collectors edition of this worthwhile book.

3.	Once auction has ended winning bidder will receive an email invoice with amount due including shipping/handling/insurance and 6.75% tax if residing in the State of Ohio. International bidders will receive an email with shipping options/charges. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check. Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.
