A solid wood block nearly 3" in size with Asian designs on all sides is shown and placed in the open wood frame. A rod is inserted through the block and holes in the sides of the frame cabinet securing it. A hat or other container is placed atop and at the command of the magician the block is seen to move upward and this leaves nothing but the rod showing still in place. Reaching into the container above the block is removed and the container is shown to have the solid bottom still intact.

This unit made by Loyd and trademark stamped. A back bottom corner of the frame is broken a little and block shows wear at edges. The gimmick does work fine. Includes instructions. Condition good used.
