Yes, it is a chip effect using brass disks with color inlays of black and white. A black chip is placed in one hand and the white one in the other and with a shake they change places.
Again the hands are given a shake and the chips are back to their original starting point. Now a card is brought into play with one chip above and the other below and a change takes place once more.
The change is caused to happen again and the card is placed aside. It becomes even more interesting as the chips are shown to have different colors seen, four in all with no trace of black or white and all may be examined!
