This is one of the original and scarce specially made bulbs by Burling Hull. This includes 2 pages of instructions for comedy use and to a much more important degree this includes a copy of the Miracle Floating Light routining with illustrations copyright 1931 numbering 8 pages with reference to Dunninger and UF Grant and Jack Gwynne.
The bulb is 5 1/4 inches in height and operates on 2 AA batteries and can be seen by the photograph the amount of light that it gives. The flat base cap which is used to activate the lamp will need a curled hook installed if wishing to use this as the Miracle Floating Bulb.
A less expensive style of batteries or rechargeables as I have used to show the working of the bulb will be needed as they are smaller in diameter which will fit the housing tube. The batteries for use should be no larger in diameter than just under 14 mm.
To find one of these bulbs in working condition is a rarity due to attrition.
