| The Magic Hands Modern Magic Studio in Germany produced this very special outfit a number of years ago making for a quite dramatic effect and getting two spectacular effects in one. A very special target wheel along with an air pistol with darts and illustrated instructions. The first effect is that of a card chosen from a deck followed by shuffling and cutting. The magician quickly places cards scattered about on a round disc and places this disc full of cards on a horizontal pin on an upright base. The magician allows the spectator to choose one of three different darts and that dart is loaded into the pistol and the magician steps ten feet away after spinning the disc which gives animation capturing the audience attention. With the disc spinning the magician takes aim and fires with the dart hitting the target and piercing one card. The card impaled by dart is removed and shown to the spectator for verification that it is indeed the selected card! Setting the card laden stand and disc aside the audience sees the variety of different cards extending beyond the outer rim of the disc. The second effect if so inclined is that of a spectator having choice of three different darts and marking the chosen one for later identification. This dart is loaded into the pistol and the magician inflates a large balloon taking a position several steps away from the spectator after giving the spectator the pistol to hold. The magician instructs the spectator to raise the pistol and aim for the magician's mouth and the magician holding the balloon in front of his face. On command the spectator fires and the balloon breaks and the magician opens his mouth and there seen clinched in his teeth is the same dart with verified marking. This originally came with 10 darts which meant extra in case of loss as only 3 are used at the performance of either routine and one is missing leaving 9.
