Circa 1940, this is a braided ribbon used to wrap around the neck and ends of ribbon pinned to clothing. After all securely in place the ribbon is pulled free of the neck and pins will come free of clothing! Attention is given to the fact that the ribbon is still tied and the pins still closed! Includes illustrated instructions. Condition very good. | |
