The effect is of having a small balloon inflated and placed in a ring of plex and rested in a holder in the stand. At the desire of the performer the balloon will break! Another attachment is a box a little larger than a deck of cards that will light on and off designating truth or lie or answers to questions.

The transmitter unit causes the element which breaks the balloon to glow but this unit does not work properly and needs attention by someone to make work correctly. The light unit has not been checked. This is auctioned in as is condition with no guarantees. This is a rare unit.
