Still in the original mailing box from Ireland Magic To Bob Dowd and it looks like three cents worth of stamps is all it took to send it. This is the earliest and best as the materials were first rate and of brass with a spring so strong that it will never die.
The gimmick is so good that the instructions stated that if you wish instead of a flower you may stick on a rubber golf ball. The cloth carnation is flat from storage and a trip to a craft shop for another flower head will suffice as the gimmick part is arranged so that replacements can be made.
The effect is of the magician striking a match and holding it up flaming and it instantly changes to a flower which he puts into his buttonhole or stands up in his breast pocket. Includes 2 pages of instructions. If you get this you will never have to buy another. Condition fine.
