Description

Circa 1940, this is a braided ribbon used to wrap around the neck and ends of ribbon pinned to clothing. After all securely in place the ribbon is pulled free of the neck and pins will come free of clothing! Attention is given to the fact that the ribbon is still tied and the pins still closed! Includes illustrated instructions. Condition very good.

3.	Once auction has ended winning bidder will receive an email invoice with amount due including shipping/handling/insurance and 6.75% tax if residing in the State of Ohio. International bidders will receive an email with shipping options/charges. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check. Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.
